Your information should support care—not create unnecessary exposure.
This Privacy Policy explains how ARmedico handles information submitted through home-care requests, provider applications and connected platform services. We aim to collect only the information reasonably needed to operate the requested service, maintain platform security and support users.
1. Information you provide
Depending on the service, you may provide a name, mobile number, email address, city, PIN code, preferred visit date and time, service requirement, provider qualification details or other information needed to complete a request.
2. Care-request information
Home-care request forms are designed for coordination information. Please avoid entering unnecessary sensitive medical details in general free-text fields. Additional clinical information should be shared only through an appropriate care workflow when required.
3. Provider information
Healthcare professionals may submit identity, contact, qualification, professional registration, experience, service-area and onboarding information. Approved profile information may be displayed publicly where relevant to patient choice.
4. How information is used
Information may be used to process service requests, match provider availability, communicate booking status, review provider applications, operate connected products, prevent misuse, maintain security and improve ARmedico services.
5. Sharing with care and service partners
Information may be shared with a healthcare professional or service partner when reasonably necessary to review, confirm or fulfil a request. Information may also be shared with technology or infrastructure providers that process data on ARmedico’s behalf.
6. Smart Prescription and MediLogger
Smart Prescription and MediLogger support separate clinical and personal-health-record workflows. Access to medical information should follow the permissions, professional responsibilities and patient controls applicable to those products.
7. Security
ARmedico uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect account, booking and provider information. Access to operational systems should be restricted according to role and business need.
8. Data retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain transaction or care records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud and protect the platform.
9. Your choices
Where applicable, users may request access, correction or deletion of information, subject to legal, contractual, clinical-record or security requirements that may require continued retention.
10. Cookies and analytics
ARmedico may use essential cookies and analytics technologies to operate, secure and understand use of the service. Additional cookie disclosures or consent choices may be presented where required.
11. Children and dependent care
Where a parent, guardian or authorised family member manages care for a child or dependent, they are responsible for providing information lawfully and only to the extent required for the relevant service.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as ARmedico services evolve. Material changes should be reflected by an updated effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
